We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you. We charge a postage fee only to cover our costs.
We offer FREE Standard Delivery to UK on all orders over £25.00, otherwise, our postal rates are as follows which are based on the value and weight of items purchased.
Postal rates to UK are between £2.85 - £4.95
Postal rates to Europe are between £4.95 - £14.95
Postal rates to 'Rest of World' are between £7.95 - £17.95
If you would like to order more than one item but do not qualify for Free Delivery, the maximum postage charge for multiple items is £6.95 to the UK.
Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will be dispatched within 24 hours.Our 'cut off' time for same day & special delivery postage is 2pm.
Sometimes, we can still accomodate next day delivery after our usual cut off time but it can not be guaranteed. If you order your item on a weekend or UK Bank Holiday, your item will be posted on the next posting day.
Please allow extra time if you are paying by cheque (offered to UK customers only) or e-cheque within paypal.
The majority of our UK parcels are currently sent by 1st class Recorded Delivery. Watches and expensive Jewellery items tend to be sent via Special Delivery so will require somebody to sign for delivery.
International parcels will be sent Airmail and International signed for. For high value items, we may use a courier who offers a tracking service from collection to receipt.
If you have not received your parcel within 5 - 7 days of receiving the e-mail to confirm despatch, please contact us so that we can start our trace procedures. It may be simply that the parcel is sitting in your local post office awaiting collection because the postman failed to leave a card.
If a parcel is returned to us because you fail to collect it in time, we reserve the right to re-charge the additiional postage we will have to pay to send your item again or cancel your order and deduct the postage charge.
Orders not received will not be deemed “missing” by Royal Mail until 15 working days have passed. We will therefore be unable to re-send or refund until after this period, and a claim has been made on Royal Mail.
