We hope that you are completely happy with your purchase from our store, but if you are not happy, you have up to 14 days to return the product(s) for any reason.
You have a duty of care for the products during the cancellation period and we expect any unwanted items to be returned to us in the condition that they were received.
Once the sealed packaging of a product has been opened , for reasons of hygiene and safety, we are unable to refund or exchange the product unless it was delivered to you in a damaged or faulty state. We DO NOT offer refunds on Earrings, Bottles of fragrance or tanning lotions.
Genuinely faulty goods will be exchanged (if replacements available) or money refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item. Please ensure that returns are sufficiently wrapped and packed for posting, as items damaged during return may only receive a part refund.
Please call us on 0845 224 6016. It is your responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us. The goods remain your responsibility until received back in store, so please obtain proof of posting. (We recommend you send the parcel by Royal Mail recorded delivery or special delivery - at your cost)
If the item is found to be faulty, we will also refund the postage costs (both ways). We will not refund your postage costs for items that were simply not liked or unsuitable but, providing they are in the same condition as you received them, we will refund the full price of the returned product. Please e-mail us for a returns number within 7 days of receipt of your items.
We cannot accept returns of 'special orders' other than a genuine fault. We are also unable to refund special offer items or discounted items.
In addition to our returns policy, the Distance Selling Regulations (for sales on the internet or mail order) allows you to cancel any order you make any time up to 7 working days from the day after delivery for a complete refund.
Only unused and unopened merchandise will qualify, and you will be responsible for the cost of the return of the merchandise.
